Harga Telur Anjlok, Dosen Fakultas Peternakan Unisma Malang Beri Semangat pada Peternak Ayam Petelur Ras

Dosen Fakultas Peternakan Unisma Malang Dr. Ir.

Diketahui harga telur ras mengalami penurunan.

ABSTRACT

The study aimed to observe the response of Angora doe rabbits treated with gonadotrophin, intramuscular based on litter size and birth weight of kits. The samples used ten does that had given birth once and three bucks, which had been sexually mature and were able to perform their reproductive functions. This study used an experimental method by administering gonadotrophin hormones in the form of PMSG and HCG. Data analyzed by unpaired t-test with Excel. The observed variables were litter size and birth weight, with five replications. The observations showed that the administration of PMSG and HCG had a very significant effect (P <0.01) on litter size and birth weight. The average litter size of rabbits treated with PMSG and HCG hormones was 61.53% higher than the litter size of controls followed by low variation in treatment than controls (1.30 vs. 1.80). Exogenous PMSG and HCG hormones decreased birth weight by 14.48% compared to controls with more diverse variance compared to controls (19.27
vs. 3.06). The conclusion of this study was the administration of PMSG and HCG hormones to rabbits reduce variation (increase uniformity) followed by an increase in the average productivity of livestock in the litter size at birth, followed by birth weight of kits who fulfill minimum standards.

Solutif Pandemi Covid-19, Dosen Unisma Malang Kaji Molekuler Kambing PE Kembar

Sebelum menutup chat, dosen Unisma ini melontarkan obsesinya sebagai peneliti yang berkeinginan kuat menemukan metode aplikatif Early Detection of Twin Potency in PE Goat and Other Ruminants.

(dah)

Abstract – There are two populations of Indonesian Local Ettawah Goats (ILEG) in Ampelgading District, East Java, Indonesia, derived from different selected bucks by natural service (NS) and artificial insemination (AI). The objectives of this study were to provide genetic and phenotypic information of Indonesian Local Ettawah Goats that has been able to adapt in rural areas. The informations explained the phenotypic and genetic variation based on dendogram analysis. The phenotypic dendogram based on taxonomic relationships with morphological characteristics, the genotypic dendogram based on the RAPD analysis, and phenotypic and genotypic dendogram resulted by the combined data between morphological characteristics and molecular of the both local goat populations. This study used RAPD with 11 primers from OPP and RAPD primers. The samples were 23 ILEG does derived from natural service population and 20 ILEG does derived from artificial insemination population. Analysis of dendogram were calculated using numerical taxonomy and multivariate analysis system (NTSYS) software version 2.0. The results showed that similarity phenotypic, genetic, phenotype and genetic combination of natural service and artificial insemination population were 0.45, 0.56, 0.57 and 0.68, 0.60, 0.65, respectively. The conclusion of this study was genetic and phenotypic variation was higher in the population derived from natural service than artificial service. The phenotypic and genetic variation between population of natural service and artificial insemination was low.
